Ingrid Ewing
Ingrid Ewing is a loving wife, mother, and owner of Star Taekwondo and Wellness Center, Inc. In the last 8 years, outside of her continued Taekwondo training, coaching, personal training, and teaching, she has developed fitness Golf Clinics for multiple golf clubs and has specialized in working with Senior Adults and students with battling Parkinson’s Disease. Ingrid has developed Group Fitness classes for golfers to work on flexibility, balance, and strength, as well as golf conditioning and injury prevention.

Shaun is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and specializes in golf fitness & conditioning. Shaun is one of the top TPI Certified Golf Fitness Professionals in SWFL, earning certifications as a Level 2 Fitness and Medical Professional as well as a Level 2 Certified Power Coach. Shaun’s true passion is in golf fitness where he helps clients achieve their optimal performance out on the golf course and help prevent injuries and add longevity to their golf game.
